QUALIFICATIONS
At Ace Doran, we seek experienced, safety-focused drivers with the skills and professionalism to succeed on the road.
Minimum Requirements

Valid Class A CDL

At least 23 years of age

One year of verifiable OTR or regional experience (six months within the last two years)

Clean safety record (no drug or alcohol offenses in the past five years)

Must meet FMCSA standards, including DOT physical and drug screen
Specialized Equipment Experience (if applicable)
- Drivers applying for flatbed, step deck, or heavy haul divisions must have verifiable experience securing and transporting specialized loads safely.
Additional Considerations

Compliance with all federal and state regulations

Knowledge of proper load securement and safe handling practices

Experience with specialized freight or cross-border operations may qualify under equivalent guidelines
